Order Inspection Upon Delivery

We offer Order Inspection Available upon delivery for your complete peace of mind. Please inspect your order while the courier is present.

If there is any issue with the product (damage, incorrect item, missing item, or manufacturing defect), please contact us immediately before the courier leaves.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and quality control process:

• Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The item arrives damaged.

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • The item has a manufacturing defect.

• Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind after receiving the order.

  • Personal preference (color/design expectations).

  • Incorrect order placed by the customer.

  • Products that have been used, washed, damaged after delivery, or without original packaging.

Important Inspection Policy

Once the courier leaves after delivery and inspection opportunity has been provided, the order is considered accepted and completed.

Claims after delivery may not be eligible for return or exchange unless approved after review.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds (if approved) will only be processed in the following cases:

• Item unavailable after payment.

• Confirmed damaged product.

• Confirmed delivery issue caused by our side.

Refunds are processed through the original payment method.

Prepaid Orders (InstaPay / Online Payment)

For prepaid orders:

• Approved refunds are processed after product review and confirmation.

• Processing time may vary depending on payment provider procedures.

Shipping

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on shipping location and courier conditions.
