Where does Gifteila deliver?
We deliver to all governorates in Egypt. Availability and timing can vary by area and courier coverage.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Estimated delivery after that:
- Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
- Alexandria & Delta: 2–4 business days
- Upper Egypt & remote areas: 3–7 business days
Weekends, public holidays, sales and peak seasons can add time.
How much is shipping?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your area. Orders over EGP 800 ship free.
Can I check my order when it arrives?
Yes. Inspection on delivery is available: please check your order while the courier is with you, and tell us about any damage, wrong item or missing item before the courier leaves.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Returns and exchanges are accepted when an item arrives damaged, is the wrong item, or has a manufacturing defect. They are not accepted for change of mind, colour or design preference, or an incorrect order. See our Refund Policy for the full terms.

Are your mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
